For Friedensstraße 16-22, near Kahl am Main, we were commissioned to build an apartment building and a commercial unit, whereby the apartment building was to be equipped with 25 residential units and an underground car park. Since we had acquired years of experience in the field of constructing both new apartment buildings and commercial units, and were optimally equipped technically to handle a task of this scale, our team was looking forward to this project.
Step by step, we completed the Calder Höfe project
After we had been informed in detail about all the client’s requirements in preliminary talks, we immediately started with the construction of the underground car park, which requires absolute precision and experience, because an underground car park has to withstand the immense pressure of the overlying ground and the building itself for decades. So our team was able to complete this phase successfully and to start with the construction of a stable foundation. Shortly afterwards, the typically time-consuming construction of the carcass could be started. Our highly professional team completed even this complex construction phase quickly and conscientiously, and the building was quickly completed with the interior fittings.
Commercial units are no problem for us!
Almost parallel to the construction of the residential complex, we began realizing the desired commercial building–this often poses extraordinary challenges for a construction company. However, thanks to our optimally trained employees and modern machines, as well as our highly professional equipment for commercial work, we were also able to complete the commercial unit quickly and in an exemplary manner.
