In close proximity to the Munich Trade Fair, a three-story accommodation building with a total of 87 hotel rooms is currently under construction. The building includes a lobby with reception, lounge areas, a catering kitchen with ancillary rooms, a rooftop terrace, and an underground parking garage with 33 parking spaces. The particular challenge of this project lay in the foundation and excavation of the construction pit. Along the boundary structures, an intersected bored pile wall was created, simultaneously forming the outer wall of the underground parking garage.
