In the new residential area Kaisergärten in Babenhausen three multi-family houses are built with an underground garage, comprising a total of 20 residential units. The centrepiece of the project is the restoration and transformation of the historic water tower into two modern penthouse apartments. The project development and design are being carried out in collaboration with GROSSMANN & PART Planungsgesellschaft mbH. GROSSMANN Baugesellschaft under the leadership of Sebastian Grossmann will support the project as the general contractor during its successful implementation.
