Furnished student flats with underground car park in the immediate vicinity of Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences

With the construction project in Mattstraße in Aschaffenburg, in the immediate vicinity of the University of Applied Sciences, we were commissioned to build 78 residential units including an underground car park for students - all residential units were also to be handed over furnished.
We were able to complete the project within 18 months.
How the project began
The project started with the construction of the underground car park. Building an underground car park requires precise work, especially in terms of safety and statics, as such a structure must be able to bear an enormous amount of weight permanently and reliably. Using state-of-the-art equipment and our large fleet of vehicles, this task was completed professionally and quickly. This was followed by the construction of the foundations for the building, after which the shell of the 78 residential units was erected, with the construction phase of the shell taking by far the most time.
The project was completed in just 18 months!
After completion of the shell, we were able to initiate the final construction phase and fully complete the building complex. This was followed by the laying of the supply lines, the interior work and finally the complete furnishing of the flats. Finally, our team finished off the outdoor area with a functional and attractive design.
