In Kurt-Frenzel-Straße in Aschaffenburg, we recently had the honour of building 150 terraced houses or semi-detached houses. Such a large project was a real challenge, even for us - but thanks to the many years of experience and professionalism of our entire team, our modern fleet of vehicles and our high-quality equipment, we also managed to complete this job smoothly. It took us just 12 months from the ground-breaking ceremony to the final completion of the project.
A strong foundation that lasts for years
As usual, this project also started with the foundations, to which particular attention should always be paid - the highest priority is to ensure reliable stability for decades to come. The construction of the foundations proceeded at different speeds, depending on the size, so that the shell construction of the individual semi-detached and terraced houses began with a time delay and, as usual, took up most of the entire project duration. In the end, however, we were able to complete the final construction phase to a high standard within the desired time frame.
From shell to living space
In the final phase, we transform the shell of the building into living space with a great deal of skill and attention to detail, before finally clearing the outside area of rubble and making it inviting. So when we handed over the keys to the residential complexes, we could proudly look at an impressive complex with quality character.
