On the approximately 5,675 m² plot, a accommodation facility with 252 units totalling approximately 16,562 m² space and 13,565 m² above ground is being built. GROSSMANN Baugesellschaft, led by Sebastian Grossmann, will support the project by providing construction site facilities and successfully implementing the trades including structural work, sewerage and drainage works, roofing, as well as various additional services.
