New construction of 53 new residential units including underground car park

At Georg-Mayr-Straße 6 in Marktheidefeld, we were able to realise multi-family houses with a total of 58 residential units, including a massive underground car park, for a client. We were able to realise the entire large-scale project on schedule and to the highest premium quality within just nine months.
Investing in the future
Thanks to our planning specialists, a solid and spacious underground car park was first constructed in close consultation with the customer, on which the stable foundations for the various apartment blocks were then poured. The entire Grossmann Baugesellschaft team worked together to ensure that the targets for the subsequent shell construction were also met in full thanks to transparent cost and schedule certainties.
From the shell to the completion of the project
As soon as the shells were also completed, the transformation into living spaces could take place. High-quality supply lines for water and electricity were then laid so that the shells could become living spaces. The property was handed over on time to the satisfaction of the client.
