As a general contractor, we are currently realising an extension and a new building at an existing hotel in Frankfurt. As general contractor, we are responsible for the shell construction work, the interior fit-out and the furnishing of the hotel from the ground-breaking ceremony to the handover of the keys. Precise coordination and the client's ideas are realised in close cooperation.
A foundation that supports both the hotel and the facility
As with every construction project, the hotel construction began with a solid foundation. However, it had to be borne in mind that the load of several storeys would rest on the foundations for many years. These could be erected shortly afterwards as part of the building shell.
Up floor by floor - no problem at all thanks to our modern fleet of vehicles!
Even high-rise buildings are no obstacle for us - our construction company is perfectly equipped for just such cases. Once the basic installation of the heating, ventilation and plumbing systems and the basic installation of the electrical work have been completed, we can start with the interior work and the furnishing of the hotel rooms as soon as possible.
