The client's aim was to create a home for the future residents - an economical place of well-being. We were able to successfully hand over the contract to our client after just 12 months on the basis of the highest quality standards.
Realisation of customer wishes in Profession
Once we had ascertained our client's wishes and ideas, we immediately began with the detailed realisation of the project. Naturally, we started work on the underground car park - naturally with the usual caution that it has to withstand an enormous weight over a very long period of time. Immediately after completion of the underground car park, we initiated the customer-oriented implementation of the shell construction.
From shell to finished project
Although the shell construction of the 20 residential units took up the largest time window in this project as usual, it was completed on schedule. After the final construction phase, the laying of all supply lines and the installation of doors and windows, the entire complex was cleaned, prepared and impressively handed over. Our well-coordinated team of highly professional employees and our modern fleet of vehicles made it possible to realise this project smoothly and to a high standard!
