We were able to realise a particularly exciting project in Würzburger/Beckerstraße in Aschaffenburg. We built a residential complex with 92 residential units, including an adjoining daycare centre, restaurant and underground car park, in a very short space of time. Before we could start building the extensive complex, we had to discuss many architectural and safety-related aspects as well as the client's ideas.
Underground car park and foundations - a building for eternity
The building project began with the construction of the underground car park - thanks to precise and qualified teamwork in terms of statics and safety, this structure can reliably protect the cars of future residents for decades to come. Once this construction phase was complete, we completed the foundations as planned with great care - after all, this structure is also intended to reliably support the heavy load of 92 residential units, a day-care centre and a restaurant for many years to come. Following this basic construction phase, we started with the shell construction of the various building types.
From shell to completion
Thanks to our modern fleet of vehicles and our highly professional team, the shell of the extensive building complex was completed quickly and to a high standard, so that the supply lines could be laid and the numerous doors and windows installed shortly afterwards. Once we had finished preparing the tranquil outdoor area, we proudly handed over the finished complex to our completely satisfied customer!
